Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for most eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
